• Concept delivery within 3 weeks: You'll receive hand-drawn concept sketches that explore multiple layout options—single-level, double-level, or tailored variations to suit your needs.

• Custom sketch plans of your proposal, allowing for comparisons and creative flexibility.

• Optional 3D sketch modeling (elevations and visualizations available for added clarity).

• Double-storey renovation/extension: $2,990

• Single-level new home: $3,490

• Double-level new home: $3,890

• Large (three-storey) new home: $3,990
