Architected is a small practice, which means only a small number of full design commissions are undertaken each year.

The Full Architectural Service means we are engaged to design, document and administer the building contract with the builder. This service is further broken down into a number of different stages:

 

Stage 1: Schematic Design

Stage 2: Design Development/ Detail Design

Stage 3: Construction Documentation

Stage 4: Contract Administration

 

We tailor the fee for each project based upon its size, complexity, planning requirements.
